I bought this kit for a Toyota Tacoma with a SnowDogg MD68 snow plow. The timbre kit keeps the front end from sagging under the weight of the blade, while also improving ride comfort when the blade isn't even on the truck. The wheels hang so you can remove the old fender and install new, larger timbres. There are no issues with the gap; With the wheels back on the ground, the frame will sit on the timbres.
