It's very helpful for tracking all our orders that we receive from different locations as well as keeping track of what is needed at each location when it comes time to prepare meals or order supplies.
The app doesn't always seem to sync with other devices so if you have an issue please contact customer service right away. They can usually get things resolved quickly but I've also had issues where they don't respond until after hours which makes me worry about my employees not being able to use their apps during peak times like lunchtime. We were looking into something similar because we wanted better visibility across multiple stores/locations.
