I bought this bag to use on a daily basis for my service dog. I've only been using the backpack since April 29th and it's never been "heavy" packed as it's always with me. Shoulder strap is torn off. But it would be easy to fix. The zipper broke when closing the bag. If the bag doesn't even last 2 months, it's definitely not worth the money. Otherwise I really liked the bag. I am so disappointed that I have no money and no bag.
