I like that it is easy for people who have never used an online store before, or those with limited computer knowledge to use this platform. It also has great features such as being able to customize the look of the website so you can tailor it specifically to your business needs. There isn't much we don't love about SLiMobile! The customer service team is amazing - always willing to help no matter what time zone or day/night. We've been using SLiMobile since our first year in business and haven't had any issues whatsoever. If there's anything at all that could be improved upon its definitely the user interface. They need more training materials (website tutorials) available to users. But otherwise everything works well and the support team goes above and beyond to make sure things work perfectly.
