The system is very easy to use once you get used it - no training required! I have only been using this software since October of 2016 but am already seeing how much time has passed without me realizing that we were doing things differently in previous years (before switching). We had so many issues before trying ensembleservices which was not an ideal situation as far as being able to support customers who needed help quickly. With ensemble services all those problems went away because they took over customer service/support when something broke or didn't work right while also making sure everything worked just like their other products did after installation.
