Excellent quality. The shell was harder than I expected and I really appreciated the ability to change the length of the handle. The metal couplings and threads are well made. The reversible bowl worked great, freeing up my regular bowl so we could continue making pizza on the inside while I cooked it on the outside. The only downside I found was the cleaning. Hand wash only and I would suggest cleaning it as early as possible as bits of dough or cheese can get stuck in the flutes. All in all though, I'm really glad I bought this.
