We were very happy to find this tool for my blind husband but after 2 months it stopped working. Instead of telling us it's 35 or 38 pounds and so on, he says either 0 or 152, with no intermediate values. It has been used 3 times with the first two being correct. We ordered the second one we ordered for our son and it works great. It's too late to return it as we only have a 30 day return period, but I have a feeling this product was defective and there must be a way to return it. Let's see if the second one lasts longer. If he does the same thing two months later, we'll know for sure that the product can't be trusted, and we've just wasted nearly $25.
