Advance Notice: Received this through the Revain Vine program for review. I have a pond at my house that we are renovating as the tree was planted right next to the pond by the previous owners and left some cracks in the lower pond. While draining the lower pond, we found that our pond had an upper part that was filled with rocks. Since we have a second pond in the system, we need a second pump to feed the pond water from this pond to the UV filter system. When I saw this pump I was very excited. When it arrived I opened the box and was pleasantly surprised. The pump is a good half the size of the pump that is in our lower pond. Not only that, this one also has digital controls, making it perfect for my use. There are 20 levels of pump adjustment, which means I can actually adjust the flow rate to match the speed of water entering the upper pond and draining out to the lower pond, while making sure the water in the upper pond also goes through the filtration system flows . Win win for sure. The only thing that would be better would be if there was a larger selection of water drainage fittings, but that's quite a minor issue to be honest. Conclusion: This is a really good compact pump with simple external adjustments. at any time.
