The best part about redbeam and its users are their commitment to customer service and support which makes it easy for us as customers in need of help with anything from technical issues or questions regarding accounting procedures - they deliver! I can't think of any downsides at this time but if there were one thing we could change would be more detailed information on how certain features work together. We've been using red beam since 2013 when our predecessor product failed after several years without maintenance updates. As stated above red beam has proven itself over those many months not only by offering top notch services themselves through phone calls and emails but also by building trust amongst my team who utilize them daily to track inventory & assets within our organization.
