Change the oil at every oil change why not
Bought a 2013 f-150 fx4 with 87k miles on the odometer. After 100 km the engine light comes on and no longer ignites. I was on YouTube for a week. As a result, a complete tuning was carried out. Candles, coils, oil/synthetics change. Air filter, injector cleaner/throttle body cleaner, Mau censors cleaned, filters installed, drilled a 1/16" vent hole in the intercooler. Last but not least, the $7 valve. The replacement took 3 minutes. The valve that came out, was very dirty and oily The truck runs fantastic, probably better than the previous owner.
