I was delighted to get this toy for my son who loves his magnetic blocks and has long wanted balls. I thought it would be the best of both worlds, I was very disappointed. At first it was too difficult for my 4 year old to assemble by himself. It took me a lot longer than I'd like to admit putting the structures together, and let's not forget to mention the 20 times my son accidentally knocked him to the ground trying to build one of the tracks. The tubes are not connected to each other so they need to be assembled by connecting the two parts with magnetic tile clips which is not an easy task for a small child and when assembling you need to plan how the magnets will support the weight of the tubes, that you create without falling to the ground. It was a test of my patience. Save yourself the nightmare and buy another marble walkway.
