When our dryer broke I was very concerned about what might happen to me as we couldn't afford a replacement at the time. My husband did some research and found the problem. We were very grateful when he felt he could handle the renovation. The next problem was the cost of the part. I know product reviews shouldn't talk about money matters, but maybe this time Amazon will give me the liberty to just say we got the part we needed from Amazon at a fraction of the cost. The product arrived so quickly I almost missed the dryer! My husband installed it per the instructions provided and Amazon saved me a trip to the laundromat which would be particularly difficult for me as I have multiple medical conditions. My husband told me the item was well made and like I said we were back in the wash in no time!
