These brushes may seem like a curiosity at first. Rake brushes do a similar job depending on how you use them, but these wisp brushes do an amazing job if you play around with them a bit. I've been experimenting with brushes for many years, just like us artists!.. (isn't that art after all? :) ) Slowly collecting my favorite types from plastics to bristles. These plays were no different. They are synthetic and lightweight. I've used them on grass, created textures on buildings, or just created interesting lines. And they do a great job of layering fur. It's all about the brush strokes like any other brush, but once you get the feel of it you'll discover some uses that produce great results. Just give them some time on your easel. (By the way, I use acrylic paints. Just in case you're wondering. Mainly Atelier Interactives and Liquitex Heavy Body. I can't tell if they work well with oil paints (maybe diluted?). But for acrylic or toilet they're fine .)
