Review on OMIX 17238.01 Brake Light Switch for Willys and Jeep Models (1941-1966): High-Quality Replacement Part by Nicholas Peters

I don't usually write reviews but everyone needs to know about this glitch. I bought this for my Jeep because of the female connectors. I was driving a Jeep this weekend and when I slammed on the brakes the plastic/rubber insert burst and I ran out of brakes! Someone could get hurt. When I got back to the garage, I noticed that the metal holding the plastic insert in place wasn't very strong. That's why it exploded. In the future I will only buy brake parts where I can go to where I bought them to troubleshoot.
