The ability to track work orders, service calls in an easy format that includes photos is great! It's not as user friendly when it comes time for customers/employees of other companies or departments within our organization (non-engineers) where they need access because there are so many features available.- Very detailed report builder which can be overwhelming at times if you aren't used to using this software - I wish we would have more training resources online like videos etc..

This program was created by engineers who understand what people do day after days working inside buildings across North America!! They really took into consideration how employees use their programs daily while providing them options such as emailing reports directly from your phone rather than going through another website outside of gageslist.com! We love being able fix problems before someone gets hurt due too poor planning & execution! Our goal.
