Great cutter for cutting 1/4 " plywood picks

Excellent quality cutter for cutting dado on 1/4" birch plywood. I have had no problems with cracking/bubbles when cutting a set of grooves 1/4" from the back of 3/4" maple or birch plywood cabinet posts. The landing is close. The drill cuts through the veneer cleanly and without interruptions.
