This tool has helped us get better at onboarding our candidates very quickly which in turn helps with retention of those that we do have for various reasons (not enough capacity) or as part-time contractors/freelancers etc where they are not always available when needed most! We also use it during training sessions so people can learn more about how things function internally eithout needing an actual employee present - this allows them some time off without having another person's input while still providing value back into learning from someone who knows what you're doing but isn't there full day every single weekday just because he wants feedback like everyone else does!! The process of onboarding our employee's was very easy with this service (and I am not even an admin user!). It allows me to have visibility into my current openings in one place that are searchable via keywords/categories so it makes finding candidates much easier! We also had some issues related to time zones but quickly fixed these problems after contacting support. Having quick access to information about hiring opportunities has helped us grow as a business in less than one year from launch.
