Great product - even better customer service

The ability to use it in our HR system gives us an easy way of tracking candidates who are searching for jobs. It's not as robust or user-friendly as many other tools out there but that might be because we're using Workday HR. We were looking for something more simple and straightforward than our current toolset offered. This was just what I needed! Great Tool For Job Seekers And Recruitors

This tool has helped us get better at onboarding our candidates very quickly which in turn helps with retention of those that we do have for various reasons (not enough capacity) or as part-time contractors/freelancers etc where they are not always available when needed most! I like that it's easy for me as an employee in my organization (SAP) to find out about open positions within our team or other teams at SAP; however this tool can be improved with more flexibility regarding user permissions - especially when you want your manager/supervisor not only have access but also being able see what they are doing while using them! Orzo is a very flexible platform that has enabled us to increase our talent mobility. We have been able to match our candidates with various positions, and the service has been great. There are some limitations regarding the number of jobs that can be matched with a candidate, and we would benefit from having more flexibility in this area. Great way of identifying and connecting candidates

I like that it pulls in data from LinkedIn which allows me to see who has viewed my profile as well as those with whom we have connections. It's not always accurate so you need to be careful about what information you put into your profile. Also, sometimes when you click "connect" someone else can jump in before you do. You also cannot change the email address associated with an account once it has been created. This makes tracking people down for interviews difficult if they are using…

I like how easy it was for me as an employee of my organization who had never used this tool before at all!
