Review on Orzo by Mark Tarnowski

I like that it's easy for me as an employee in my organization (SAP) to find out about open positions within our team or other teams at SAP; however this tool can be improved with more flexibility regarding user permissions - especially when you want your manager/supervisor not only have access but also being able see what they are doing while using them! This would help improve productivity of internal recruitment process between different departments / offices etc.; so we could easily share knowledge across org boundaries.
