I like how easy it was for me as an employee of my organization who had never used this tool before at all! The ease with which we were able to use our own data set up profiles that matched us perfectly against potential opportunities in other organizations really helped accelerate onboarding timeframes from weeks down into days or even hours (which has been incredible). Our team member experience using ORZO continues to be very positive - they have responded quickly when needed over email/phone calls etc.-and are quick learners too- so there's no need feel overwhelmed if you haven't heard back within 24hrs after sending them your info request via chat feature;-) We're currently working remotely but would love more flexibility around timeslots where some people could join meetings early than others due to travel constraints. A lot less paperwork involved because everything gets sent electronically now instead of being physically mailed out.
