I like that it pulls in data from LinkedIn which allows me to see who has viewed my profile as well as those with whom we have connections. It's not always accurate so you need to be careful about what information you put into your profile. Also, sometimes when you click "connect" someone else can jump in before you do. You also cannot change the email address associated with an account once it has been created. This makes tracking people down for interviews difficult if they are using multiple accounts. We've used this tool at several companies including Google but haven't found any particular benefits over other tools out there.
