I bought a pack of 5 2 months ago. We are just starting the installation as we have moved. I installed 2 with no problems, but when I tried to flip the knobs on the other 3, one side would not flip at a time. The little button you press to remove the handle doesn't click, have tried several times. once with someone else to help pull when I insert the pin but they just won't come off. So now I can't use it. I love the pens and as 2 months have passed I can't return them now as the return window is closed. UPDATE: I kept trying and finally figured out that the locking mechanism had to be rotated in the right direction for the lever to work. separate to delete. Now I can finish mirroring and installing them.
