It looks good and works great. I've used it on a Lenovo XP laptop, a three year old ASUS XP base system, a brand new Mini Jetway barebones running Linux, and a Dell Vista system. No problem, plug and play. The latest system is a Jetway Mini-ITX system running Linux. This system does not have a DVD/CD drive, so it must be booted from this drive. It worked flawlessly and started Ubuntu Live Linux without any problems, so you can install it. I've also used it to burn some DVDs without any issues using various software including Windows Media Player. My drive is about 6 months old and has been working fine so far. The sharp looks, versatility and ease of use of this disc really make it a gem. I would buy again.
