I have 4C on the edges and 3B on the rest of the head. I have used this product and my curls and waves are back because it really moisturized my hair. The 4C was still air conditioned but unmanageable. I tried to guess and mixed shema butter with hard lanolin and used it for my 4C edges. It has conditioned them and I can use a fine toothed comb to hold the edges in place as shema oil is great for regrowing my hair. I had to tie the edges but when I removed the tape they fit pretty well. Otherwise, an old-fashioned hot-edge comb on the stove helps the lanolin style the hair instead of burning it like titanium/ceramic straighteners do, which really messes up my hair, and gently massaging those broken edges with Shim -Oil and lanolin blend keeps them going. The edges grow like you won't believe! Good product. For real!
