Review on 🚪 HASHI (4 inch, Satin Nickel) One-Touch Door Stopper - Height-Adjustable Rubber for Secure and Convenient Door Control by Eduardo Long

My first review was 5 stars - then it came out the door. The problem is that the screws are too short. The screws are only 1/2" long and almost half that length is untreated due to the "self-tapping" property. The mounting plate is 3/16" thick, so less than 1/4" threads hold it in place and Spot. That's not good enough. I installed it in a brand new door in my new house. The door is good quality but like most modern doors it's made from composite panel. It took 2 weeks for the screws to be pulled out. I'll make this work I try to buy longer screws in ACE.
