Works, but not in the same way as an HP OEM item.

These fit the HP Elitedesk 705 G4 mini however the new hard drive tray has the function of pushing in and locking the drive in place with these isolating screws. I found the problem with them that the metal sleeve is too big, it actually fits the size of a 3.5" hard drive, except they have the correct threads for a 2.5" drive. After removing the metal sleeve from the screws, the blue rubber came up slightly crooked. Next time I might look elsewhere for genuine HP OEM screws.
