Some have reported a bad match but not from my HP. The SSD is a sam evo 860 and they fit perfectly. A really great price for something that I don't think there is a substitute for. I don't think there is anything you could "invent" and make work. either you have it or you don't have it. I'm very glad you have them.

Works as advertised, the only complaint I have is that the threads don't always match the SSD or HDD entry, I had to force them a bit at the end.

These fit the HP Elitedesk 705 G4 mini, but the newer type of hard drive tray has the function of pushing and locking the drive with these isolation screws. I found the problem with them that the metal sleeve is too big, it actually fits the size of a 3.5" hard drive, except they have the correct threads for a 2.5" drive. After removing the metal sleeve from the screws, the blue rubber came up slightly crooked. Next time I might look elsewhere for genuine HP OEM screws.

I replaced the original SSD with a refurbished HP Elitedesk 800 G1 SFF and found that for some reason the threads on the original SSD do not match the stock Samsung EVO SSD. It had the exact size of lugs and threads I needed and the Samsung fitted the 2.5" drive bay perfectly.
