I like the ability to customize the system to meet our needs. The implementation team was very responsive and had a ton of experience with this product. The overall user interface is not as intuitive as some other systems we have used. It can be very confusing for a non-technical person to navigate. I wish we had more information on the contract life cycle. We are trying to streamline the process of entering and tracking contracts. It makes it possible to not have multiple spreadsheets and to not have to manually enter information.

- Easy integration into Microsoft Dynamics NAV (if you choose)
- User friendly layout, easy navigation throughout application.
- Good reporting capabilities allows us easily see key metrics in an at glance format.
- Reports exportable via csv or excel file so that they may also serve double duty if needed while working offsite from home office when no one else has internet access!
- Abilityto view/manage open items without having them show up
