Suitable for single portions.

. There are only two of us at home now, so I can portion desserts (particularly pies and cobblers) individually, freeze them, and then bake them if we want a sweet dessert. This way I don't have to cook an entire recipe - which we would otherwise gobble up - and sabotage our diet!
