Review on DiCUNO Socket Extender Extension Adapter by Travis Coffman

I received my first order on time. The blocks are solid and look well put together. Unfortunately one of them didn't work. I saw there was a small locking wire in there and it broke. I contacted DiCUNO customer service and they responded very quickly. I was offered to send back half the cost and they also sent another set of 4 sockets. I told them no refund was required. I like to exchange. These things happen; I will not collect a minor manufacturing defect. I only had to replace one socket, but DiCUNO went ahead and sent me a new pack of 4 sockets. I'm definitely happy with the customer service and will be shopping with DiCUNO again.
