I love how easy it was for me as an SMB owner/operator of our team members' performance levels within my organization! It's so simple yet effective in terms of what you can achieve if your employees are committed & ready - The user interface has been improved since we adopted this tool but still needs some work like allowing more custom fields which should be easier than creating new tabs or pages etc.. We have seen significant improvement when using peopleAI because now everyone knows exactly where they stand against each other internally i mean there isn't any room for doubts anymore about who does good job at something compared to someone else doing bad one for example!
