4 stars because the product is well made but I have a very active cat that was able to get out even though I tied her properly and neatly. If I stay at the end of the leash and let him walk across the yard with ME, he stays in the harness. But I put him beside me with a leash attached to a pole (which I attached to an extra leash to make him really long) and tried some gardening and he got out of the harness with ease. Houdini's expertise. Still great product!
