I'm updating my review here - there is no way to contact the seller which is terrible. I bought a set of lights after my tortoise lamp burned out. After replacing the lightbulb, everything worked fine for a week. After that, the lightbulb burned out β literally a week later. I've never had such a short life and it's terrible. I used to be an avid supporter of Zoo Med but after this experience I will never buy again.
