Works well when installed correctly. The picture above is upside down. It should be adjusted so that the bottom of the "V" faces the person holding the can and not the other way around. This allows a person to place both hands on the can for better rotation, helps keep the lid of the can flat on top of the opener, making the opener work better, helps pull the can towards you and rotate to keep the balance when the lid starts to open.
