I had high hopes for this puller. The first problem was that I only needed two screws. Look at the screws in the body. The two sets of two black screws are 6mm screws. I needed 3 for my snowmobile pulley. Eventually I was able to put enough washers under the third screw to align them properly. But then the thread between the central shaft and the flat bracket broke off. The bracket seemed strong enough, the threading just wasn't enough. I didn't hit the central shaft with a hammer. Maybe I could rip it out before they undress if I did. That's hard to say at the moment. This one returns. I think I'll try to rent from an auto parts store.
