About a week ago I wanted to replace some night lights with LED. I thought it would be easy but I didn't know much about all the styles and options available. After much research I found what I want. I only found one company that had it all and that was it. First, the night light can be set. It's too difficult to tell from the written descriptions how bright the night light is. Dimmability eliminates this problem. The dimmable slide switch works great on this night light, going from very dark to I would say moderately bright. It is NOT very bright like a 1W (or higher) LED night light. Second, I wanted a soft white light with a color temperature of around 2700K. That's about what this night light looks like to me. I didn't want white or (God forbid) blue. Third, I wanted an electric eye to control the light and I have it. Fourth, I wanted the night light to look good both off and on by design. I like this style more than the square ring light type as I think it's less obtrusive. And finally, I wanted to receive my package and have everything working correctly. All 4 in the package I received worked perfectly. Time will tell, but I think everything will be fine. I liked them so much that I ordered 8 more the day they arrived.
