The first day I got this charger it worked perfectly, the next day I connected my phone and nothing happened. I had to wiggle the cord, unplug it, plug it back in, and do everything else to make it work. Every time I plug this in, I have to perform some sort of ritual for it to charge properly. Sometimes it says it's charging and when I check again it has stopped charging and I need to reset the charger for it to work. . That shouldn't be the case with something that's barely a week old, I'm so disappointed in the quality. UPDATE: After the initial 1 star review, the company contacted me to replace the charger. I've been using the new charger for almost a month now and haven't had the initial problems I had with the first one I bought. The new charger charges my cell phone and iPad stably without any problems. I only wish the first one I bought was the same as a replacement. Overall, I'm glad the company provides good customer service and replaced the broken charging cable.
