My experience with buying clothes online is limited, but after reading the description of KatieWens, I was eager to give them a try. My experience, on the other hand, was quite discouraging. The sizes of the clothing were not exact, and the material used was of poor quality, which caused the garments to shrink when they were washed. The shoes that I bought were quite uneasy to walk in and of low quality overall. The jewelry that I received did not look at all like the photographs, and it appeared to be of poor quality. To make matters even worse, the shipment arrived late, and when I went to enquire about it, the customer care department would not respond to my questions. KatieWens is not a retailer that I would recommend patronizing in general. Their offerings are of poor quality, and the support they provide to customers is unsatisfactory. You will have a better experience with your online shopping for fashion elsewhere, so save your money and look elsewhere.
