Bought this item for garden waste. At first it was difficult to unfold the pockets. They tear very easily so I had to unwind them very slowly and carefully. These are fairly large bags, but they can't hold a lot of weight without tearing. After having to double and triple bag some of my waste, I decided it wasn't worth using for this purpose. I brought them inside to use in one of my small trash cans. As long as I only put in used dryer sheets or light laundry, everything was fine (if I could roll them out). Then I scatter the cat litter. When I picked up the bag to get rid of it, the bag broke and the litter box was on the floor. I do not recommend this product.
