I have no complaints about the quality of this product. It is well made and works as it should. It doesn't work for my application. I have a gravel driveway and when I jack the car up from the side, the car pulls sideways when I lift it, or the jack slips off the jack point and has to be lowered, moved forward, and tried again. I returned to my scissor jack. Go straight up. Also, the jack doesn't have much range. It doesn't raise the body high enough to raise the wheels. It needs to be placed under the differential or axle if you want to get the wheel off the ground.
