Installation: Follow everything already said. Before installing the new plate, take a screwdriver and pry off the two white pieces. Remove the old one and leave the old white bottom in place. This bottom white piece will be soldered to the wires. I suggest this because it's a lot easier to just reuse that bottom white connector than it is to solder a new one. The rest of the enerz works great, making a hissing noise and producing ozone again!
