Disappointing embroidery machine for Arts and Crafts

Using this product, our team found that it was just too complicated for basic embroidery tasks. The learning curve was steep, and the manual was unhelpful. The machine had a difficult time staying threaded, which made it frustrating to use. On the plus side, the designs that did come out well were beautiful. However, with the cons outweighing the pros, we cannot recommend this machine for those who want an easy and straightforward embroidery experience.
