So I bought a load balancer for a 04-13 Sportster. Easy install and the Hyperflash worked straight away but my alarm keeps flashing about 5 minutes after I turn off the bike. It's not always inconsistent. I contacted Eagle Light and was told that unfortunately this device does not always work with every Harley security system. Although their customer service is top notch. I got the first email within a few hours and after replying I wasn't happy with their first reply because it wouldn't work for my bike and they suggested resistors I would need to put in my wiring what i don't . don't want to do. (which is why I spent 80 on it and not 20 on resistors). Their support team came back a day later and told me if I wanted to send this back to Amazon and place an order with them they would make me a custom resistance strap. installed, so I would have to cut the wiring. the belt was also quite cheap. Even if their product isn't perfect, Eagle Lights customer service is really good. They strive to please their customers.
