Opened and missing parts meaning it was probably used before it was sent to me. M8 mandrel and key missing. I contacted the seller because I had bought him over a month ago to try and get everything ready for a van conversion and knew I would have trouble getting everything on time if I didn't order in advance . I loaded a 10-32 plus nut onto the mandrel and the tool snapped and would not tighten. I hope that the seller will agree to replace the tool with a new set. I will update after hearing from you. So the instrument was not working and was broken upon arrival. The primary purpose of this recall is to receive used and broken items that are being sold as new. UPDATE: The company refused to ship the missing parts and replace the tooling. I challenged the charges because they were unwilling to support their product as it was ripped off on a spike and the m8 was missing. I wouldn't buy from them just because of their dishonesty.
