I love being able to use this product while at home or traveling through work! It is easy enough that even my grandmother can understand how it works without me having to explain every step. This program has helped us become much better customers by showing our doctors all we need compared to what they gave when filling out paperwork over 2 years ago. Our doctor knows exactly where he should be spending his time now since he sees it so clearly online. We have been unable to log into some appointments due to them losing WiFi but there are other options available as well. Sometimes we cannot get past a certain page because not everyone who uses internet may know how to navigate everything correctly; however, if you do have a computer science degree then it shouldn't pose an issue. If your looking just help guide you along the way until someone else steps up to take charge. As long as you keep doing research about anything new that comes up you will figure things out eventually. Being informed and keeping track of each appointment makes life easier once done properly. We love how easy it is! I have been using other platforms but this one has all our doctors linked up from day 1 so no need (and ability)to spend hours searching through doctor profiles or typing them into your own database; everything can be done online at any time which makes life easier when you are busy as well!! It's also super user friendly - there was nothing that required me learning new skills/tools because everyone knew what they were doing already.
