this is a great product for the price.

I really like this mandolin! It's very adjustable and very sharp, but I don't feel unsafe using it. The food pusher has very sharp tips and grips the food very well. I bought this to make potato chips in the microwave and it did the job really well. I like gloves for items that are difficult to control with just a guide.
