Good adjustable cutting edge.
I really like the adjustable slicer function. This worked as expected. It was pretty easy to clean. A plaque always forms when cutting cheese. I wash it by hand, not in the dishwasher, so I'm sure it's clean. Easy to use. Not sure about durability, only used 3 times. You need to look at the slicer to see if it stretches.
