Thought cartwheels under the bag's crossbar would be a good idea, but NOT. With a golf bag on a cart, the center of gravity is very close to the wheels of the cart. This makes the hand truck very unstable at rest on the slightest incline. Rollovers occur. Also, since the center of gravity is over the wheels, there is very little weight on the outer large wheels. Thus, the brake is useless and will not prevent the cart from rolling and tipping over. This is a flawed design. I removed the cart wheels and now I have a sturdy two wheeled golf cart. I do not recommend this four wheel golf cart.
