Easy to stain but durable construction
I bought this product to practice drawing. I use Faber-Castell pencils and can't complete a 20 minute sketch without graphite all over it. I use Pentel Hi-Polymer erasers to erase the outline of the drawing, but it's not as effective (could be a problem with the eraser and the paper). I know the product isn't meant for multimedia, but I like to trace my drawings with a black pen or marker and they bleed through the paper. I have had the product for over half a year now and the covers and binding are in the same condition as the first day I received it.
