I bought these to replace the stock grips on my Gravity Bullseye Monster just to make sure my hands stay comfortable on long rides don't go deaf. It hasn't happened on the few 2 hour rides I've done so far, but I wanted to improve the grip just in case. Much to my dismay, these grips make my hands go numb for the first few minutes of riding. I think it's because the silicone isn't very hard, it's soft, like those high school styrofoam pencils. I'd love to give a better rating but they do exactly what they're supposed to prevent :(
